Dates: July 17-21 (Monday - Friday)
Participants: boys and girls entering 2nd through 4th Grades

Description: Learning to read and being a successful, lifelong reader is both a science and an art. Good readers read with expression, fluency, and use strategies to create meaning. This camp will get students actively engaged in reading through Reader's Theater, word games, and critical thinking activities. Students will leave camp with an enthusiasm for reading and confidence for the upcoming school year.
What to bring: A water bottle, a nutritious snack, a sharpened pencil(s), and a three pronged pocket folder. Get ready to have fun with reading!!!
If you sign up for The Secret Writing Society and Camp Read a Lot, we will provide supervision for the 12-1pm lunch hour.
Morning Care is available from 7:30am -9:00am. Following morning care your child will be walked to the camp. The cost is $35 per week.
